Arya Tara

O, she who manifests the true nature of all,

Great loving one, who

inspires all beings towards the enlightenment

Through your kindness,

You aid those striving for Liberation,

Arya Tara at your feet,

I bow to you.

Manifesting as a consort she is like the blue sky

A lover to yogi, blessing in their caves

Merely Remembering her

She bestows common and uncommon attainments

How can I live any where being separated from you?

In union with nature of the guru

You are the Dzogpa chenpo, innate Buddha nature

Illusory body free from two obscurations

Solely born from equal compassion to all

To ignorant sentient beings like us

With your wisdom, love and power

Bless us to spontaneously fulfill all wishes

Through increasing our wisdom

 

Just as loving mother answers the call of her destitute child

O treasure of compassion, be our protector

We seek your quick blessing to increase the life of

His Holiness the Dalai Lama

And fulfill all his wishes.
